At the core of our platform is a proprietary sodium-ion technology, purpose-built for grid-scale applications. Our chemistry—NFPP sodium iron pyro-phosphate phosphate —is the building block for an inherently safe, passively cooled system - free from the thermal risks and rare material dependencies of lithium-based systems. It requires no auxiliary power, no active maintenance, and no fire suppression — making it ideal for dense urban settings, remote deployments, and critical infrastructure alike.

We operate across the entire energy storage value chain. From cell R&D and manufacturing to system integration and grid interconnection, our model is vertically integrated and designed for execution. Every component—from cathode to inverter—is optimized to reduce cost, speed up deployment, and maximize long-term reliability.

At Peak Energy, we are building the future backbone of the electricity grid.

Founded in 2023, our mission is to deliver safe, scalable, and domestically produced energy storage that meets the explosive demand from AI, data centers, electrification, and renewable power. The grid can’t evolve without storage — and we’re delivering the system that makes that possible.

Our sodium-ion platform is purpose-built for grid-scale deployment: inherently safe, low-cost, easy to install, and free from the supply chain fragility of lithium-based systems. Designed from the cell up, it’s the first truly industrial storage solution for a world in transition.

We’re more than a battery company — we’re a full-stack energy storage manufacturer led by veterans from Tesla, NRG, Fluence, and Enovix. Our team has scaled gigafactories, launched public companies, and deployed over 100 GWh of energy systems globally.

Since launch, we’ve secured commercial contracts that triple our initial capacity, and begun scaling domestic manufacturing. By 2030, we’ll deliver over 20 GWh of annual storage capacity, powering data centers, grid infrastructure, and resilient communities — all while creating 1,200+ U.S. jobs.
