About the Job:
Peak Energy is looking for an executive assistant to play a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. This role requires exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and staff.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by executives.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and material preparation.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize sensitive information and confidential records.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and general office management.
- Priority Management: Help executives prioritize tasks and deadlines, ensuring efficient time management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, providing high-level support to senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
